PALEO BANANA BREAD RECIPE
My kids are literally monkeys and love eating bananas so I am always buying bunches of them weekly. I purposely buy a bit extra so that they can ripen which makes them perfect for banana bread! I try baking with as little added sugar as possible so the ripe bananas really help to sweeten the banana bread and also gives it a lot of moisture! Have you ever made your own Gluten free Chicken Dumplings? They are surprisingly simple to make and taste so delicious! Gluten Free Strawberry Crepe
Strawberry Crepes are something I never thought I would have egain after going gluten-free. However, this recipe I created right here is GOLD! Growing up, crepes used to be my FAVOURITE breakfast food that my mom would make! I have learned to change out the wheat for gluten free flour, sugar laden jams for just fruit jam, and also add collagen for added nutrition and protein! I feel GOOD about giving these to my kids for breakfast, served with avocado and sliced cucumber.
