I will work one-on-one with you to create a complete and unique meal plan with full recipes based on your individual needs, deficiencies, lifestyle goals and dietary restrictions. This meal plan will be your guide to a new healthy and balanced life and will provide your body with the right nutrients to support its ability to rebalance itself naturally.

PRICING

7 day meal plan: $170

This meal plan will contain 3 meals and 2 snacks per day as well as 3 drink recipes (lattes, teas, etc). I also include meal prep tips, food combining tips, basic supplement list, pH food alkalinity and acidity chart and much more! This meal plan will be your guide to help support and nourish your body with the right BALANCE of nutrients. I tailor the plan to your allergies, symptoms and conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, chronic fatigue, IBS, Chron’s etc! I automatically make the meal plan gluten, dairy, sugar, free and lower starch naturally. It is anti-inflammatory and only whole foods are used. You can choose for the meal plan to be vegan or include animal protein.  If you have specific food allergies or sensitivities, I can create the plan to omit those foods. You get 5 free food avoidances alongside the gluten, dairy and sugar. Anything above that is $2.50 per food you would like to avoid. For example, if you are sensitive to peas, kale, blueberries, cherries, shrimp, chicken, and avocado, I would create recipes that do not include those ingredients however since there are 7 foods, 5 would be free and the final 2 would be an upcharge of $10 to the meal plan price.

14 day meal plan: $290

This meal plan contains the same features as the 7-day plan, but includes brand new recipes for the added 7 days. I automatically make the meal plan gluten, dairy, sugar, free and lower starch naturally. It is anti-inflammatory and only whole foods are used. You can choose for the meal plan to be vegan or include animal protein.  If you have specific food allergies or sensitivities, I can create the plan to omit those foods. You get 5 free food avoidances alongside the gluten, dairy and sugar. Anything above that is $5 per food you would like to avoid. *Meal plans are offered both online through email or available for pick-up in person in my office.*

*Candida-friendly, Keto, Paleo and Gut-healing desserts can be added to either meal plan for an extra fee (Contact me for more info).*

Residents outside Canada are charged in USD currency*
