ASIAN-INSPIRED KETO RAINBOW BOWL

I get told all the time by a lot of my clients that they find it hard to eat a lot of veggies. So what do I tell them? MAKE BOWLS!!!


I buy a bunch of colorful veggies at the start of every week and then chop them (or blitz in food processor) and store in airtight containers. Everyday grab a handful of each and throw them in a bowl with protein and optional starch and homemade dressing. Its so easy to eat clean and get in all the nutrients!

WHATS IN THE BOWL:
-Konjac rice (can use regular rice, noodles, etc) mixed in coconut oil and bone broth (omit if vegan)
-organic lettuce
-organic carrots
-organic red cabbage
-organic cucumber
-organic avocado
-organic black oyster and enoki
-Wild caught shrimp (can use chicken, smoked salmon, crab or any other protein of choice including tofu for vegan option)

MY SECRET SAUCE (AKA MISO DRESSING)
-1 tbs organic miso paste
-2 tbs coconut aminos
-1/4 cup water
– 2 tbs yacon syrup or maple syrup
*mix together and enjoy!!*
