Healthy Coffee Alternatives

Hey friends ! One of the most common questions I get asked by clients is “If I can’t have coffee, what can I drink!?” So I thought I would share with you some of my favourite coffee-free, healthy alternatives that won’t raise cortisol levels! 

  1. IMMUNE BOOSTING HOT COCOA
    • 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition chocolate collagen (use discount code MARLASHEALTHYLIFE20)
    • 2 cups hot Greenhouse Juice oat milk
    • 1 tsp chaga powder
    • This is BOMB and great for Leaky gut!

  2. ANTIINFLAMMATORY GOLDEN MILK
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
    • dash of black pepper
    • 2 tbs yacon syrup
    • 2 cups warm coconut milk
    • Froth everything until foamy and smooth
    • Sprinkle the top with ceylon cinnamon
    • Enjoy!
  3. GUTHEALING OAT MILK STEAMER
    • 1 tbs Organika gelatin
    • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla bean
    • 2 cups Greenhouse Juice oat milk
    • 5 drops liquid stevia
    • Mix gelatin and some water, then add vanilla, stevia, and 1 cup hot oat milk.
    • Froth on high and then pour over remaining oat milk.
    • Enjoy!
  4. MATCHA LATTE
    • 1 tsp Soar Organics uji ceremonial matcha
    • 2 cups oat milk
    • 5 drops liquid stevia
    • Add matcha, 1/2 cup cold oat milk. and stevia to a mug.
    • Froth on high and once foamy, pour over remaining hot oat milk.
    • Enjoy!

There are so many more options that are GOOD FOR YOU and antiinflammatory, which don’t elevate cortisol, the exact opposite of what coffee does! I hope you enjoy these healthy coffee alternatives.
