Creamy KETO Parfait

This paleo, protein packed parfait is great for healing the gut and it tastes amazing! I have tried MANY grain free granolas and without any exaggeration, N’oats Cereal are the BEST! They are grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, sulphite free and are PACKED with superfoods! This parfait tastes like a dessert you’d buy at a restaurant without all the sugar. My kids are literally monkeys and love eating bananas so I am always buying bunches of them weekly. I purposely buy a bit extra so that they can ripen which makes them perfect for banana bread! Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low-Sugar Tiramisu Pudding

This tiramisu pudding is SO creamy, decadent and delicious but is 100% healthy! You can sweeten it with stevia to make it KETO-friendly and add collagen to make it higher protein as well! If you decide to use the Ancient Nutrition KETO coffee powder, use boiling water. However, if you do decide to not use the collagen, instead of 1/2 cup boiling water, use 1/2 cup hot coffee.
