This paleo, protein packed parfait is great for healing the gut and it tastes amazing! I have tried MANY grain free granolas and without any exaggeration, N’oats Cereal are the BEST! They are grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, sulphite free and are PACKED with superfoods! This parfait tastes like a dessert you’d buy at a restaurant without all the sugar. It also happens to be packed with probiotics, protein and superfoods.

Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream

Ice Cream is its own food group for me… I love it so much! Being gluten free, refined sugar free, and only consuming grass-fed dairy means I need to make my own Ice Cream most the time to satisfy my sweet tooth. While there are SO many clean brands of Ice Cream that I love, it can get expensive to purchase frequently since I have 3 hungry monsters (little toddlers), plus myself and my husband, living in my home.

This “Icecream” is candida diet friendly, gut healing, sugar-free, and made with VEGGIES! It’s a total winner with my family, perfect to satisfy those sweet cravings!

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low-Sugar Tiramisu Pudding

This tiramisu pudding is SO creamy, decadent and delicious but is 100% healthy! You can sweeten it with stevia to make it KETO-friendly and add collagen to make it higher protein as well! If you decide to use the Ancient Nutrition KETO coffee powder, use boiling water. However, if you do decide to not use the collagen, instead of 1/2 cup boiling water, use 1/2 cup hot coffee.
