Gut-Healing Vegan Creamsicles

What better time to share a popsicle recipe than right now, with all this lovely heat we’ve been having? These took me under 3 minutes to make and the kids LOVE THEM! They are so low in natural sugar and taste like summer! I love how easy it is to make CLEAN AND HEALTHY treats for your kids. They don’t feel like they’re missing out with these delicious treats! 


  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (or full fat canned coconut cream)
  • 4 tbs Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup
  • Welo Probiotics Orange Turmeric Probiotic Juice


  1. Mix together the coconut yogurt (or coconut cream) and Yacon Syrup. 
  2. Pour into the bottom of your popsicle moulds
  3. Then pour orange turmeric probiotic juice over top.
  4. Add in your popsicle sticks and freeze until set!
  5. ENJOYā¯¤
